Emilia's Biography

Emilia Tzaneva holds a Master in Music from State Academy of Music, Sofia, Bulgaria, Eastern Europe as well as Diploma in Music Performance from National School of Music and Performing Arts Christina Morfova.

In 2002 Emilia moved to Canada and established a home music studio, where she is teaching and became a member of ARMTA.

In 2003 Emilia took Kodaly Method and Orff approach courses and started teaching music classes in various elementary schools, holding an Alberta teaching certificate. Emilia has also experience teaching kids with ADHD and some disabilities (hearing).

Emilia is a member of ARMTA.

During the last 20 years besides teaching Emilia has performed for different events as a solo pianist, in a duet with a violinist and in a duet with a singer.
